American Laser

Today I had my 3rd Foto Facial treatment on my face at American Laser in Greenville. They are always on time and very professional. I have been with Stephanie the last few times. The procedure feels like a rubber band snapping your face and it's over before you know it. I have just a few treatments left and I can already see a big difference on my complextion and I don't wear nearly as much make up as I used to. :)

Once a month we like to get local wedding professionals together to mingle and also listen to a guest speaker. Last Tuesday was the last one for the year and we made it a fun one. We went to a new venue Events at Sapphire Creek in Simpsonville and it was beautiful if you get a chance stop in and see Karen they did all of the renovations themselves and plan to add a garden in the back and much more. American Laser

I went to American Laser to a them do the Foto Facial on me to get rid of all of sun damage. The service is a laser that feels like a rubberband snapping your face. I have to say it hurt a little made my eyes water. Stephanie told me that in order to be affective she said it would be better to laser it at a higher number. The time went by fast and now I have the sun damage spots a darker brown and will come off soon. I do have to say I'm not a big fan of sun screen but I have learned my lesson. ...

My trip was wonderful except I got sick over there and I'm taking the week off from exercising. I hate it to because I put on some extra weight while I was gone. Why does food have to taste so good!:)

D1 Sports

The last few weeks have been crazy for me getting ready to go on a trip. I have not had a lot of time to work out at D1 Sports which is not good because I know I will regret it with all the good food we will be eating. I have managed to walk about every other day because it just makes me feel good. I miss the workout because it's more of a calorie & fat burning workout. I have been working hard to get the new guide out and have done so but this week it was time to restock before I go on vacation. The guide has been very successful only 1 or 2 left when I go back and many brides have been registering on the website. Thank you for your continued support!

D1 Workout

Today was a workout day for my mom & I. A couple weeks ago I fell climbing the mountains and hurt me tail bone so laying on me back doing ab work has been a little tough. I don't know about anyone else but my ads are where I need the most work so I just try to suffer thought it. I'm working towards 6 pack ads!:) They are changing up the workout schedule to make more levels to pick from which I'm in the Boot camp level. Come for a FREE trail workout with my mom & I sometime.

It's a rainy day in the Upstate and I have many guide that need to be in the local businesses though out the Upstate. I have been waiting for it to clear off and it's not so I have decided to grow web feet and waddle like a duck and get out there so everyone can see the newest issue. I have recruited my Mom to drive me around so I can get right to the front door.:)

When we went to workout Friday we noticed it was going to be the obstacle course and then noticed Steve was back. We didn't care for the obstacle course before but with the other trainers filling in for Steve the Head Trainer who had been traveling for D1 we were very excited because first Steve liked to mix the workout up which is great. As many of you know I have been working out at D1 Sports. I had the hardest workout on Friday!! I did survive and couldn't believe I wasn't sore the next day. But I went skiing and tubing over the weekend. I have only skied once and that was when I was 18 yrs old and I could even get up on the ski's after several tries then. It been a while sense my last blog and it's not because I have not been working out just busy with the next the Wedding Guide coming out in July. The workouts are still tough but I'm really seeing results in my arms which is great sense it is sleeveless weather. D1 got a new trainer and he had us doing 300 yard dashes, 200 yard dash then 100 along with many other things. Week 4 - I was out of commission due to dislocating my elbow in an car accident. I was so upset because I was really getting into a groove. I did manage to work a few of the days in week 4 to try an maintain what I had lost. Week 5 - I started back working out just not my arms. Wow it was tough but I got through it. I have finished week 3 at D1 Sports & Training. Starting to notice that I have a lot more energy no more afternoon little siesta's for me. This week our trainers were Chris and Hailey. Mondays workout wasn't so bad I can tell my core is getting stronger which is a good thing. Wednesday's workout with Hailey was a lot of arms, squats, leg raises and running with 5 lb weights. Friday's workout at D1 Sports Training was an obstacle course and weights and wow it was tough but I made it. I have lost almost 2 inches in my waist & hips in just over a week. I have so much energy and look forward to going to work out which I never thought I would say that. We are soon going to be starting "Fit for the Altar" Bootcamp.

I'm excited to say I got through a whole week working out at D1 Sports Training! The first few days were tough but I got through it and I feel great!
