How We Met: My best friend, Leeann, and her then boyfriend, Alex, knew Shane through work. They decided to set us up. It took months for us to finally meet. On my birthday, they were all going to a concert and had an extra ticket. I finally got to meet Shane and we have been together ever since!

Our Engagement Story: We were getting ready for a Christmas party. Shane took my dog, Lucky, outside to potty. They came back in and Shane put Lucky's Santa hat on him and told him to come see me. Lucky came into the living room and shook the hat off. Shane put the hat back on him and told him not to take it off. Lucky came to sit beside me with sad eyes because he hates the hat. I told him he could take it off. Lucky shook the hat off and I picked it up. Inside the hat was the ring box and Shane asked me to marry him! :)
